 Limited edition HG model of the EVA-01 Test Type with an "Extra Finish", which seems to be really popular these days. Basically, the model is the same kit as Bandai released previously, but this time with a metallic finish. Some of the parts have a plated finish (particularly the weapons), and some of them have a matte metallic finish. Very shiny! A little translucent model of Shinji is included, too. Water-slide decals are included for markings, as are some stickers. The directions for the model do feature Japanese text, but they also have English lettered and numbered pictures that are very easy-to-follow. Paint and glue may be needed to complete the kit. This EVA model kit is brand new, and all its parts are factory sealed by Bandai Japan.
