Club Member Lottery Submission Form


If you were *NOT* notified that you were selected for the drawing, please do not fill out this form; your submission will not be accepted.


If you were notified that your number was drawn in the Club Member Damaged Box Sale, this is the page to submit your requests.

Each member will be able to purchase ONE kit. Please rank any of the kits that you *are willing to immediately purchase* in the order you most want them. For example, if you want Sinanju most, then list it as 1; followed by Tallgeese as 2; and then next one you like as 3, etc.

You may just rank 1 kit--if that's the only one you are interested in purchasing--up to all of the kits in the order of importance to you. We do have multiples of several kits available, and over 70 people will be buying during this sale. The more you kits you rank, the more likely you are to hit one that is still available when your number comes up. We will give you your first available choice when it is your turn. If none of your choices are still available, then your turn will pass to the next person.

**Please only rank kits you want to purchase, as someone else may miss his or her pick because the one you were assigned could have gone to another Recruit if you didn't really want it.**

We realize this process may take you some time; however, given the fact that each order is so personalized for over 70 people, this is the best way we came up with to try it THIS time. We will see how it goes for next time.

Directions for completing payment will follow. You may also elect to ship the kit now or wait to ship it for free with your next order.

For privacy reasons, we aren't publishing the lottery order in this message. We are handling all picks in the order they were drawn, though.

YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR PICKS NO LATER THAN MONDAY, DECEMBER 5TH AT 11:59 PM EST, SINCE WE WILL BE ASSIGNING KITS AND SENDING OUT PAYMENT INVOICES THE NEXT DAY! PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 7TH OR YOUR KIT WILL BE RELEASED TO THE GENERAL SALE!
