Special Order: Select the Amount to Pay
Product Description
In order to pay us for something not currently listed on the site or if you are ordering from Canada, you may use this page. When you speak with us by phone or email, we will tell you the amount to pay for the item/s you are ordering. A quantity of 1 on this page will charge you $1 when you proceed through the checkout. Therefore, if you would like to pay us $20, simply enter in a quantity of 20 to get a $20 charge. The amount we give you will include shipping, so there will be no further charges for freight.
In the comments section on the checkout page, please list the item/s you are ordering.
If you are ordering from Canada, our store will not accept your postal code yet. Therefore, please enter in your real first name, last name, phone number, and email address in the appropriate places at checkout. When you are prompted to enter an address, just use ours:

Then, in the comments section, please give us your complete shipping address along with what you are ordering. Even though we may have already taken some information from you by phone or email, we can double-check everything when you enter it again. We appreciate your patience in ordering this way until we are fully set up with UPS/USPS online to your country.
