It is very important to us that all customers receive their holiday orders on time via the most economical shipping method. Please read the shipping options below (Ground, 3 Day Select; 2 Day Air, Next Day Air) to find the one that best fits your needs; also, please view the "Delivery Time" link at the top of this webpage to know when to expect your order. All orders ship from Ann Arbor, Michigan, and expedited shipping is available. Note: Orders must be placed and paid for by the deadline dates to arrive by Christmas.

UPS Ground Deadlines for Friday, December 23rd Delivery
According to UPS, all orders placed within the deadlines above should arrive on or before December 23rd; however, the only services UPS guarantees delivery dates for are its expedited services, like 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air.

Orange Areas = December 19th at 8:00 AM EST
Burgundy Areas = December 20th at 8:00 AM EST
Olive Areas = December 21st at 8:00 AM EST
Tan Areas = December 22nd at 8:00 AM EST
Gold Areas = December 22nd at 8:00 AM EST

We may upgrade your Ground shipping method, at no charge, to 3 Day Select if we feel it is needed to assure holiday delivery. We will be shipping out orders after these dates, and many of them may still arrive by Christmas; however, based on UPS holiday shipping guarantees, we can't make any promises unless you go with an expedited shipping method.

We would also like to explain about the "Availability" of products on our site. We make every effort to ship orders out as soon as possible, especially at this time of year. However, please remember that the "This item will ship in approximately 2-3 business days" note on the site means that your order should process and ship out from our warehouse within that timeframe; it does not include the time-in-transit with UPS. Starting in mid-December, we do make extra efforts to ship all orders the next business day for our customers.

Please Note: If you order after December 1st and would like to mail in payment, please mail a money order. Checks need to clear, and orders paid for by check may not arrive before Christmas. Also remember that the payment must arrive no later than the deadlines above for holiday delivery; we cannot be held responsible for delays the post office may experience delivering your payment. We highly recommend paying by credit card at this time of year rather than mailing a payment.

DATES OUR STORE WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAYSWe will be closed for our Winter Holiday from December 24th - December 26th and from December 30 - January 4th. During that time, we will try to offer phone and email support when possible. We appreciate your patience during this break as we spend time with our families after the holiday shipping rush. All orders placed during our first break will begin shipping on December 29th in the order they were placed; all orders placed during our second break will begin shipping on January 5th. After these dates we will begin our normal shipping schedule again.
