The inside of the gourd is carved out, and then a head and tail are made from wood. A needle and thread tie the head and tail to the gourd creating the bobbly dinosaur neck and tail. Then, as soon as a breeze passes by, the Loose-Neck Armadillo will wave and bobble its head and wag its tail back and forth.
