• The lower price must be verifiable online at another online store based in the United States.
• The item must be currently in stock and immediately available for shipment at both our store and the competing store.
• The item must be new and identical in its packaging, manufacturer, etc.
• Shipping, handling, and sales tax charges (if applicable) are taken into account when we calculate a price match. For example, if a store is selling an item for a low price of $10 and charging a huge shipping fee of $15, then we will add the two costs to compare it to our cost plus our regular shipping charge to your zip code.
• If multiple models are ordered, and only one is being price matched, we will compare that model’s cost, shipping (as if shipped as a single item), and tax (if applicable) between our site and the competing site to determine the price for the item.
• The guarantee is not applicable on damaged products; used products; preorders; auction listings; eBay stores; wholesale prices; Amazon Third Party Sellers; discontinued, closeout, or clearance items; membership/club prices; going-to-out business/liquidation sales; special coupons or promotions for first-time buyers; or typographical errors.
• The guarantee only applies to Gundam model kits.

We reserve the right to deny any price claim that does not meet the above criteria. There is a limit of one guarantee claim per item per order. The price guarantee is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Please allow us 2 to 4 business days to process your price match request.
