Salamander is a bomber Zoid that was developed during the old war. It is the biggest flying Zoid in the Republican army. Salamander has a huge range of flight and can fly at very high altitudes. For example, Salamander could fly from the United States to Japan without even getting tired! Salamander can hold lots of bombs, and it can win battles on its own from bombing at high altitudes. After the Big Change on planet Zi, only limited numbers of Salamanders remained. They can’t mass produce, so they are reserved for only the most important battles.
Salamander can walk via 1 AA battery. Its head, neck, tail and wings can move, and its cockpit can open and close. It can also shoot missiles. Some of Salamander’s weapons include its Multi Blade Radar (2), AZ High Temperature Flame Thrower, Balkin Gun (2), Magnizer Falcon Wings, Air Laser (2), Double Barrel Tactical Missile, and Double Barrel Air Hyper Laser Guns (2).
The Salamander Zoid is molded in color and features snap-assembly for parts that need to be assembled, so even younger modelers shouldn't have too much trouble putting it together with a little help. Salamander is made by Tomy Japan, the original creator of Zoids. The instructions for assembly are in Japanese, but they feature very clear, easy-to-follow pictures. Like all of our Zoids, this Zoid is new and in a factory sealed box.
