Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday. If we are able to ship an order sooner, we definitely will! Once the order is picked up by UPS, the time it takes to arrive to your location depends on where you live. The map below will give you some approximate guidelines. If you place an order on Saturday, it will take us 2-3 business days to process and ship the order from our warehouse. That means the order would leave our warehouse by Wednesday. (Usually it does not take the full 3 days, though.) The time-in-transit will then depend on your state.
If you live in Kentucky, the order should arrive on Thursday or Friday.
If you live in Oklahoma, the order should arrive on Friday or Monday.
If you live in California, the order should arrive on Monday or Tuesday.
The method of delivery we use for your package will be based on the method of delivery you select on the checkout page. UPS makes deliveries Monday through Friday from about 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Customers who are in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military locations, or who have PO Boxes, will have their orders shipped via Priority Mail. Occasionally, a Priority Mail pick-up may take an additional day or two to schedule. Once we process and ship your order, Priority Mail strives to have mail to you in 2-3 business days though it may take longer.**Please Note: Due to the increased USPS rates, your order will be charged for extra postage when needed to use Priority Mail.
Customers who order single markers or trading card packs will have their orders shipped via First Class mail. Once processed, those orders should arrive within a week of mailing.
